Cancellation and Refund Conditions

At Neon World, we prioritize consumer rights and customer satisfaction in all after-sales processes. Any dissatisfaction related to purchased products, manufacturing defects, or service-related issues is evaluated carefully and resolved as swiftly as possible. Buyers are protected under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), along with other relevant legislation.


Return Requirements

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  1. The product you wish to return

  2. The original delivery note (including all copies)


If the Returned Product is Defective

Products are considered defective if they:

  • Lack the features stated on packaging, labels, manuals, online listings, or advertisements

  • Fail to match the declared characteristics

  • Do not fulfill the intended use of equivalent goods

  • Contain material, legal, or economic flaws that compromise consumer expectations

If a product is deemed defective under the law, it must be returned within the specified time frame, and the seller must resolve the issue without delay.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties. Notification must be sent within this period for the withdrawal to be valid.

By proceeding with your purchase on our platform, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions relating to cancellation and returns.


Shipping & Return Policy

  1. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product at delivery. If damage due to shipping is observed, the buyer must refuse the product and request a damage report from the delivery personnel. If no such action is taken, Neon World may not accept responsibility for damage.

  2. The full payment must be received before the product is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the buyer’s payment fails or is later reversed, the product must be returned within 3 days, and all return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

  3. If the product is shipped to someone other than the buyer and is refused or not collected, Neon World is not liable for any delivery failure. Any resulting costs or delays are the buyer’s responsibility.

  4. In cases of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, earthquake, fire), delivery may be delayed. The buyer may then choose to cancel the order, accept a similar item, or wait until conditions improve.

  5. If the originally purchased item is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value and quality may be offered, pending the buyer’s approval. The buyer is under no obligation to accept a replacement.

  6. For approved cancellations or returns, refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund is returned to the same card. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, and Neon World is not liable for any delays caused by banking procedures.

  7. To complete a return, include all copies of the delivery note and a brief written explanation of the reason for return. If the product is defective, the return shipping fee is covered by Neon World, provided the item is returned using the originally assigned shipping provider. In other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Order Cancellations

Orders for standard-size or fixed-design products can be canceled unless they were custom-made or already shipped. If cancellation occurs before shipment, a full refund is provided. If the product has already been dispatched, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
